Description

This year, around 500 young participants from all over the world will come together in Paris for the 8th UNESCO Youth Forum, from 29 – 31 October 2013 at UNESCO’s Headquarters, to exchange views, share experiences, reflect together and, above all, identify common concerns and problems. Building on inputs from young women and men from across the world, the Forum will focus on the theme “Youth and Social Inclusion: Civic Engagement, Dialogue and Skills Development”.

To mark the 8th UNESCO Youth Forum the ISIC Association is launching the Get Involved! Take Action! International Youth Photo Competition to recognise young people as the change makers of tomorrow!

Now, more than ever, young people just like you are the real change makers. We want you to show us what taking action and driving change means to you! It could be a photo capturing your campus student politics, an image catching your experiences with volunteering or an exchange programme, getting involved in advocacy work for a cause you believe in, a picture of you and your friends taking part in a local community project. Take a look at the entry brief for more information.
